Matt Donovan, vice president of development, has an M.S. in instructional systems technology and a B.A. in education, both from Indiana University. He has nearly 10 years experience instituting experiential learning—built on a foundation of goal-based scenarios, performance simulations, and problem-based learning—into Fortune 500 companies in many industries; including pharmaceutical, medical device, retail, financial, and manufacturing. He has led the production of quality online courseware covering marketing, manufacturing, research, medical, sales, and compliance. Matt pioneered the introduction of e-learning to organizations such as Eli Lilly and Company, Roche Diagnostics, Krispy Kreme, and others. He is a member of the American Society of Training and Development and leader in the E-Learning special interest group for the central Indiana chapter.
